Alternative Fuels Dispensing Systems for E85 & Biodiesel

Wayne alternative fuel dispensers are meeting the increasing demand for economical, environmentally friendly fuels.  The Eco-fuel Ovation® dispensers are specifically designed for ethanol blends and biodiesel* providing retailers with the latest in fuel compatibility. The eco-fuel dispensers are compatible with petroleum for the ultimate in flexibility  and choice. You can continue to dispense gasoline now and be prepared to offer alternative fuels in the future.   The eco-fuel dispensers are constructed with special elastomers, electroless nickel-plating and an ethanol-compatible filter. The dispensers also feature hard anodized or nickel-plated castings and stainless steel piping to meet the unique requirements of eco-fuels such as biodiesel and E85, a blend of 85 percent ethyl alcohol (ethanol) and 15 percent petroleum.

Biofuels Blending and Storage Systems

Acterra provides turn-key services for biofuel blending and storage systems.  These systems are manufactured at our facilities and can be shipped to remote terminals for immediate use.  TTypical systems for B100 consist of an insulated Fireguard or Flameshield tank along tank heating systems, meters, a load-out system, with a card reader option for fuel management.

Packages are shipped pre-wired allowing for easy installation at various terminals.  The Acterra biofuels team customizes systems up to 50,000 gallons to meet the individual needs of our customers.
