Alternative Fuels Balance of Plant Services The Acterra team can provide complete balance of plant construction services for biofuels processing plants and biofuels storage facilities. Our team provides design-build construction from inception to completion. Project Management The skill of our project managers is the key to building successful plants. Each project manager is capable of taking a biofuels construction project from an uncleared field to a completed plant, and is responsible for the progress and success of the entire job.
