PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Location: Marion, Iowa

Job Description Summary
The main responsibilities to ensure the schedule, budget and details of a given project are organized. This employee coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are being fulfilled to the client requirements and adhere to company department processes and procedures. Time management is the most crucial project coordinators skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with monitoring project plans, project schedules and expenditures
- Attending and participating in meetings
- Preparing necessary materials for meetings
- Assisting project changes
- Maintain consistent communication with internal departments, external contacts and clients
- Ensuring documentation is maintained for each project
- Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining relationships
- Undertake project tasks as required
- Ensures all projects are delivered on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Construction and/or Manufacturing related project coordination experience
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant field or willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
- CAD experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills required (written and verbal)
- Time management skills, critical thinking and problems solving skills
