• Electrical Division General Manager: Acterra is seeking a General Manager with the ambition and drive to grow our Electrical Division. Candidate must have demonstrated track record at senior management level with an electrical contractor, superior people and business management skills, cost control, budgeting and have a strong electrical background, are highly motivated and have the ability to adapt to this established company but able to implement new procedures when required, the Acterra Group is interested in you. Job Duties include: Operational management and overall performance of electrical team. Manage team financials, utilization and productivity. Manage staff training and career development program. Manage client relationships and maintain regular client contact to solicit feedback on project/team performance. Business Development and proposal preparation. Project estimation and management. Staff motivation, recruitment, performance management and resourcing. Monitor group project delivery against established budgets and schedules and provide support and guidance as required. Specific Requirements: Electrical Journeyman's license. A minimum of 10 years experience in electrical. Good knowledge and understanding of electrical design standards. Business development, proposal preparation and presentation experience. Experience with Microsoft Office a plus. Experience with electrical estimating software a plus.

• Service Manager: MARION, IA:   Immediate openings within our petroleum equipment distribution service division. This position organizes, directs and administrates the Service personnel operations,  generates estimates for service repair projects, supports the field service technicians and develops future service business.  The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the service/management field, has good communications and computer skills, is mechanically inclined and has a customer minded focus with great follow-up skills.   A highly organized and self motivated problem-solver is Key. Salary position with full benefits available.

• Service Technician Electronics & Mechanical: MARION, IA: Immediate openings within our petroleum equipment distribution company. Includes service, repair, and preventative maintenance on fuel dispensers, point of sale terminals, tank monitors, and fuel management systems. Computer Experience a must. Will train on Industry specific equipment. Highly organized and self motivated problem-solver is Key. Hourly position with full benefits available. Company vehicle provided.
